Scott originally designed and conducted this program for S.P. Richards Company, a fortune 500 client, in the summer of 2000. They approached him to develop an Effective Listening Skills workshop for their annual Advantage Business Conference. It was an immediate hit and quickly became PTI's most requested productivity skills program.

S.P. Richards invited Scott to return year after year. By request, it was expanded to a two level program for those clients who wanted to master Effective Listening.
